Inventory and Warehouse Coordinator - Must reside in the Ocala/Winter Garden area

We have an incredible opportunity for an Inventory and Warehouse Coordinator.
The Inventory and Warehouse Coordinator oversees the day-to-day operations at Tillman FiberCo’s subcontractor warehouses and construction yards. Each week, they regularly visit the respective sites in their region, ensuring reliable business relationships with Tillman FiberCo’s partners and that expectations are being met. Additionally, the Supply Chain Analyst works together with the Supply Chain team to plan network-wide inventory levels, procurement and logistics. As Tillman FiberCo expands in new regions, a successful team member will be solution-oriented, independent and thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.
Requirements and Responsibilities
- Weekly on-site presence at regional subcontractor sites and yards; Monitoring of site requirements, security, stock condition and accurate documentation.
- Monitor supplier/contractor performance and promptly resolve issues, escalating when needed.
- Maintain record-keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
- Manage supplier process accuracy and documentation to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Ensure physical inventory matches system inventory through regular cycle counting and remediation of discrepancies.
- Utilizing Sitetracker/Salesforce System, manage inventory movements, material replenishment, and purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory availability to ensure stock coverage; work together with the supply chain team to resolve shortages and balance stock levels throughout the regional sites.
- Reconcile purchase orders, bill-of-lading, and invoices to ensure accurate record keeping; communicate to finance clearly to ensure on-time processing.
- Regular analysis and reporting to supply chain and finance of variances to price, consumption, stock shortages, and transitions; research and resolve issues as needed.
- Maintain KPIs that analyze inventory availability, movements, and consumption as well as subcontractor/site performance.
- Manage BOM creation and execution process between Tillman Fiber and suppliers for accurate record keeping and BOM execution.
- Collaborate with construction and engineering teams to understand developments in responsible region, ensure ability to execute scopes of work without work stoppages and adapt to changing requirements from the field.
- Identify opportunities for improved processes internally and with Tillman FiberCo’s partners; align with supply chain team to standardize best practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum Five (5) years of experience Construction Management (Telecom Preferred)
- Proactive and highly independent, able to remotely own processes and oversee 3rd-party sites.
- Strong communicator, able to engage with subcontractors and approach issues independently. Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with Sitetracker Project Management tool a plus.
- Effectively function in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines and clearly communicate risks to their supervisor.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50lbs)
