We are seeking a Receptionist for our real estate firm located in Bedford, Massachusetts. In this role, the Receptionist will be the initial contact for residents, manage phone coverage, and provide a warm welcome to residents. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the initial point of contact for residents, establishing a hospitable and detail oriented atmosphere.
• Manage incoming calls, ensuring efficient and courteous phone coverage.
• Greet and welcome residents, providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain an organized and tidy reception area to enhance residents' experience.
• Coordinate with the property management team to address and resolve resident inquiries.
• Handle administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the property management office.• Open to candidates with 0+ years of experience in a similar role or relevant field
• Must possess skills related to Receptionist Duties including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries
• A background or interest in the Real Estate industry is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential
• The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is required
• Must be proficient in using office equipment such as fax machines, printers, and photocopy machines
• Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems is needed
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial
• The ability to handle sensitive information confidentially is necessary
• Must have a friendly and detail oriented demeanor to greet and assist visitors
• Flexibility to work in shifts if required
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; further training in office administration or relevant field will be a plus.
