Job Description
We are welcoming a Receptionist to join our team in the Dayton area. As a Receptionist, your primary responsibilities will revolve around providing support for our office activities. This includes answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, welcoming visitors, and handling general office responsibilities. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage inbound telephone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
• Schedule appointments accurately, ensuring a smooth flow of office operations
• Warmly greet and assist visitors, providing excellent customer service
• Handle general office duties, such as paper filing, faxing documents, and mail distribution
• Maintain a well-organized front desk and ensure phone coverage at all times
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to maintain and update records as needed.
• Proficiency in managing inbound telephone calls with a detail oriented and courteous demeanor• Ability to provide comprehensive phone coverage, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and efficiently
• Excellent phone etiquette, demonstrating a clear and polite communication style
• Experience with paper filing systems, ensuring documents are stored and retrieved effectively
• Familiarity with operating fax machines for sending and receiving documents
• Knowledge of fax document procedures, ensuring all faxes are handled securely and confidentially
• Experience with mail distribution, ensuring all incoming and outgoing mail is processed accurately and timely
