Robert Half is hiring a Receptionist to cover tax season for a well-respected Tax Firm in DeWitt, IA!

Hours will typically be from 10a-6p, with flexibility based on the peak times for the firm. Occasional Saturday shifts will be from 9a-3p.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage voicemails and emails, returning communications to clients.
  • Greet clients and guide them through a brief questionnaire to ensure accurate tax preparation.
  • Schedule client appointments accurately using a shared Gmail calendar.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage walk-ins simultaneously with excellent multitasking skills.
  • Keep the workspace organized and secure confidential client information during interactions.
