This is a newly created role, offering you the opportunity to shape and grow alongside a collaborative team. You’ll support the President, HR Director, and Director of Finance, tackling diverse responsibilities while enjoying true work-life balance.

 

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible hours: Start time based on preference: 7:30a, 8, or 8:30a.
  • Monthly board meetings: Last Monday of every month, 5:30 PM–7:00 PM (later start time offered on these days).

 

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage the President’s schedule, coordinate meetings, take notes, track action items, and follow up with team members.
  • Step in as a representative for the President during meetings when necessary.

Administrative Assistance:

  • Assist the HR Director and Director of Finance with projects and reporting.
  • Help with data entry and reporting, using tools like Outlook, the MS Office Suite, and internal systems.

Communications:

  • Draft and manage correspondence such as memos and weekly board updates.
  • Direct incoming calls through the phone tree to appropriate contacts.

Workflow & Autonomy:

  • Begin with delegated tasks while learning the role, then transition into autonomy based on your strengths.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A self-starter with confidence, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to manage correspondence and represent leadership.
  • Experience in administrative or executive support roles, especially supporting high-level leaders would make you stand out!
