Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your duties will include providing administrative support across the organization, welcoming guests and greeting individuals who visit the business, as well as coordinating front-desk activities.
Responsibilities:
• Answering multi-line phone systems and directing calls to appropriate staff members
• Greeting customers promptly and with a detail-oriented approach
• Handling administrative duties including organizing files and managing correspondence
• Coordinating appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling
• Performing data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to perform various tasks
• Providing outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Communicating effectively through email and maintaining detail-oriented correspondence
• Utilizing strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment and client relationships.
