We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves front desk operations with a local Accounting Firm. The role is fast-paced, has a significant focus on digital file management and customer service as you will be the first impression to greet clients when they come in.
Responsibilities:
• Providing high-quality customer service by answering and directing inquiries.
• Efficiently managing a multi-line phone system.
• Scheduling appointments and ensuring smooth coordination of the firm's schedule.
• Accepting and processing payments in an accurate and timely manner.
• Digitizing the firm's paper-based processes by scanning and organizing files into a digital filing system.
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks.
• Handling email correspondences professionally and promptly.
• Maintaining accurate data entries in the firm's system.
• Exercising strong interpersonal skills in all interactions within the firm.
• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system• Strong customer service skills
