Responsibilities:

• Greet vendors and visitors, providing guidance as necessary.
• Utilize your organizational skills to manage mail outs, schedule appointments, order office supplies, and scan documents.
• Support scheduling by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
• Use computers and software to generate reports, transcribe meeting minutes, create presentations, and conduct research.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing customer credit applications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Handle email correspondence and data entry tasks with precision and professionalism.• Exceptional Customer Service skills are vital, with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
