Salary Range:

$50,000-$55,000 annually


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and forward calls to the appropriate staff.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the firm’s services.
  • Manage the firm’s front desk area, keeping it organized and tidy as you welcome guests and employees.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare meeting rooms as needed.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order materials as needed.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Support the HR team with scheduling and coordinating I9 verifications and new employee onboarding when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.


Qualifications:

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or finance-related environment.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
