Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Provide information about our agency and services to clients and visitors.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and ordering as needed.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence and client outreach.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist clients by taking premium payments and routing to the appropriate insurance company.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
