Family owned custom rubber molding company is looking for front office receptionist.  Successful candidate will be responsible for greeting all visitors and directing all calls.  They will also be responsible for the following duties:

*Daily data entry into Access database

*Maintain orders log and distribute

*HR Liaison 

*Maintain all specifications

*Coordinate all front of office deliveries and scheduling equipment maintenance
