PrideStaff is currently seekingBilingual Spanish Receptionist fora Law Office located in Riverside, CA. This is a full-time, temp- to- hire position with opportunity to grow. Please see job requirements below to be considered.
  • Salary: $18-$20 (DOE)
  • Shift: M-F 1st shift hours (can be part time hours 24-25 hours weekly or full time 40 hours weekly)
Position Summary:
Small legal office with high call volume is seeking a self-motivated and dependable Receptionist/Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Call Intake associate.
Employer is willing to train the ideal candidate in some of the legal-related job duties listed.
Job Duties:
  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls
  • Receive and place telephone calls and interview potential clients.
  • Schedule and make appointments.
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding procedural and case processing.
  • Meet with clients and other professionals to discuss details of case.
  • Organize and maintain law libraries, documents, and case files.
  • Make photocopies of correspondence, documents, and other printed matter.
  • Assist attorneys/paralegals in collecting information.
  • Draft and type office memos.
  • Complete various forms and applications for clients.
  • Make travel arrangements for attorneys.
  • Assist with administrative duties/tasks;
Qualifications
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Law expereience-personal injury is a huge plus
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel
  • Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents, and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to function effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent client customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to take on varying tasks such as screening, answering calls, updating office calendar
  • Must be punctual and dependable with work schedule.
  • Must be fluent (speak, read, and write) in Spanish.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by attorney or management staff
  • Handle a caseload of matters directly, under the supervision of a paralegal and/or attorney.
  • Work well under deadlines, handle confidential information with professionalism and display strong interpersonal skills.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to be self-directed with minimal supervision.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.50 - $20.00 Per Hour
