The role:
As one of our special Moneypenny Receptionists, you will undergo comprehensive training that will give you all of the skills you need to become a vital cog in the Moneypenny machine.
You will be representing Moneypenny to a portfolio of clients, as well as representing those clients too - impressing their callers by putting your amazing customer service and relationship-building skills to good use!

You will be representing Moneypenny to a portfolio of clients, as well as representing those clients too - impressing their callers by putting your amazing customer service and relationship-building skills to good use!
Keyresponsibilities:
- Promptly and efficiently handling inbound phone calls and relaying messages to clients, ensuring clients never miss a call
- Entering caller information into our system accurately
- Fabulous attitude toward delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Data entry skills, must be able to type a minimum of 35 wpm
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook and Teams
- Delivering the highest level of customer service to clients at all times
- Available to work holidays and weekends (you will always work one Saturday or Sunday every other week.

- Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
