We will be hosting open interviews for all Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work in our group homes. Our community based group homes are located in Des Plaines, Evanston, Highland Park, Lake Zurich, Maywood, Mount Prospect and Morton Grove. We are excited about the opportunity to share more information about our agency, programs and the services we provide those we support.

• VALID ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.)
Driving Requirement You must have a valid driver’s license & be willing to drive company vehicles to be eligible for any shift.
Base Rate $20.25/hour

About the Position We are hiring DSPs who are professional, energetic, and nurturing, consistent, dependable. You will provide hands-on support to individuals as they work on daily activities and long-term goals. This includes activities such as ADL skills, meal preparation, enhancing social skills, providing companionship, and more.
Location & Schedule : ALL SHIFTS AND LOCATIONS AVAILABLE - WEEKENDS, OVERNIGHTS
Des Plaines, Evanston, Highland Park, Lake Zurich, Maywood, Mount Prospect and Morton Grove.

Requirements
You must meet the following requirements:
Pass:
A fingerprint criminal background check
A child abuse and neglect check
A drug screen.
Provide
An original document (no photocopies) showing high school completion or high school equivalency. Examples include: High school diploma, GED certificate, college transcript
Residency for the past 2 years
Current & original documents that verify your identity & ability to legally work in the United States
Two verifiable employment references within the last 3 years
