Job Summary
As a Hardware Engineer (Level 2) you will take charge of the Hardware environment setup and identify the related hardware engineering issue. The desired candidate will communicate with customers, HQ team and vendors to find the root cause and make product can be delivered on time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Job included but not limited to:
• Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to R&D, manufacturing, and customer.
• Solving the engineering issue in a timely manner.
• Analyze the failures and collaborate with R&D to find out the root cause.
• Manage and guide the transition of products into production.
• Review and guide the troubleshooting/repair direction.
Qualifications
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management
systems.
• Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, with a minimum 3 years
of professional experience.
• Knowledge of/Experience in/Proficiency in server/storage/PC hardware architecture
• Experience working in manufacturing and/or product development role.
• Firsthand lab debug experience with scopes is desirable.
