Responsibilities:
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for efficient recruitment processes.
• Employ the Applicant Track System (ATS) for managing candidate data and recruitment processes.
• Utilize online platforms like Careerbuilder for sourcing potential candidates.
• Manage CRM systems for maintaining and updating candidate and client information.
• Conduct Background Checks for potential hires as per company policy.
• Oversee Benefit Functions and ensure they are aligned with company policies and regulations.
• Exercise strong Communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and team members.
• Use 'About Time' software for efficient time management and tracking.• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services for streamlined HR processes
• Ability to utilize ADP Workforce Now for managing workforce data
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data communication
• Experience with Careerbuilder for talent acquisition and recruitment
• Proficiency in CRM for managing company's relationships and interactions with potential job candidates
• Familiarity with About Time software for accurate time tracking
• Proficient in using Applicant Track System for managing recruitment process
• Ability to conduct Background Checks as part of the pre-employment process
• Familiarity with Benefit Functions to manage employee benefits effectively
• Excellent Communication skills for clear and concise transmission of information
