We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the legal industry, located in New York. We are seeking a HR Recruiter who will not only focus on full cycle recruitment but also contribute to various other projects such as detail oriented development, onboarding/offboarding processes, training development, and agreement updates. This role involves a hybrid work model, with the requirement to be present in office on certain days and the flexibility to work remotely during the holiday weeks.
Responsibilities:
• Execute full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Assist with detail oriented development initiatives within the firm
• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Develop and conduct training programs for staff
• Update and maintain legal agreements as necessary
• Track coaching engagements and ensure they are effectively managed
• Use Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, Zoom, and viDesktop or similar software for various tasks
• Handle heavy scheduling duties effectively and efficiently
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, CRM, About Time, Applicant Track System, and viDesktop for various HR and recruiting tasks.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR Recruiter role within the legal industry
• Proficient in the use of ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Previous usage of Careerbuilder for recruitment purposes
• Proficient in CRM
• Experience with About Time software
• Knowledge of Applicant Track System
• Ability to conduct thorough Background Checks
• Familiar with Benefit Functions
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience with viDesktop software
