Job Summary: The Staffing Agency Recruiter plays a key role in sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates in various roles across multiple industries. This position involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying client needs and understanding job requirements to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and providing ongoing support to both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Collaborate with clients to define job requirements and ensure proper understanding of position details.
- Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific client needs.
- Match qualified candidates to the right job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Facilitate the job offer process and assist in negotiating salaries and terms.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide career advice, feedback, and updates to candidates.
- Ensure candidates are prepared for interviews and offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Handle administrative duties, such as offer letters, background checks, and other paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with staffing regulations and company policies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive job market conditions.
- Identify and capitalize on new business development opportunities within the staffing industry.
- Work closely with other recruiters and team members to meet hiring goals.
- Participate in staff meetings and share best practices for improving recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a recruiter or staffing agency recruiter (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong sales-oriented mindset.
- Experience in handling both temporary and permanent staffing placements is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a staffing agency recruiter (1-3 years preferred).

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting
Work Location: In person (On site) NO REMOTE OR HYBRID WORK AVAILABLE
Schedule: Monday to Friday 40 hr. work week 8 hrs. a day
