Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in manufacturing, engineering, or trade roles. Utilize data analytics to track, measure, and optimize recruitment metrics. Manage job postings across various platforms and identify new channels to source candidates. Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to engage with potential candidates. Build relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure a seamless hiring process. Maintain a strong employer brand through creative sourcing and communication efforts. Adapt quickly to changing business needs and provide support for workforce expansion. Qualifications: 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or trades. Proficient in data analytics to monitor and optimize recruitment performance. Experience with social media job posting and sourcing strategies (beyond traditional platforms). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work onsite (flexibility for remote work in emergencies). Must be available to attend job fairs and represent the company professionally. Flexible schedule: Full-time or part-time options available. Business casual dress code (yes, jeans are acceptable!). Compensation and Employment Details: Pay: $18–$20/hour, based on experience. Employment Type: This role has the possibility of being a long-term temporary position.
