Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a **Hybrid Corporate Recruiter** job opportunity located in Sparks, NV!
**Pay rate: $** 41.79/HR (56.00/HR)
**Shift: Mon Fri 8am 5pm PST**
**Length: 6 months+**
*** The manager really needs someone with corporate and manufacturing recruiting experience (Finance, Procurement, HR, Production and EHS)
**Job Duties:**
+ Support recruitment activities and build rapport with client groups. Recruiter will be onsite with a degree of remote flexibility
+ Partner with business leaders and Hiring Managers to support operational and corporate hiring needs
+ Responsible for full cycle recruiting from intake meeting with Hiring Managers through offer of employment and onboarding
+ Provide support in writing job descriptions and resume screening
+ Develop innovative recruiting strategies to identify exceptional candidates Facilitate all aspects of the interview process, including phone screening, interview scheduling, and candidate selection
+ Participate in and plan networking, recruiting and hiring events
+ Meet all goals related to key staffing metrics, to include recruitment strategy, time-to-fill, new hire effectiveness etc.
+ Support company EEO/Diversity initiatives and accurately report and track required candidate data Develop and maintain networking relationships with community organizations, colleges and universities, alumni organizations, industry organizations, employees and colleagues to help identify and source qualified talent
+ Develop creative recruitment solutions and talent pipeline strategies
+ Provide and ensure great candidate and hiring manager experiences
+ Ensures that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws
+ Providing input on process improvement opportunities
+ Performs other related duties as required
**Qualifications:**
+ Basic: High school diploma or GED, Preferred: Bachelors Degree or equivalent business experience.
+ Minimum of 5 years of corporate level recruiting experience. Experience to include supervisory/management level recruiting for HR, IT, engineering, EHS, finance/accounting, etc.
+ Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (web/social/professional networks).
+ Has built and maintains a broad network of professional relationships.
+ Excellent verbal and communication skills.
+ Strong organization skills and diligence in having a self-starter mentality and a strong work ethic.
+ Experience with high volume technical or operational, exempt recruiting.
+ Demonstrated track record in attracting, sourcing and selecting top talent.
+ Knowledge of and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
+ Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.
+ Effective planning, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
+ Able to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritize work, and deliver quality results.
