Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of roles.

Utilize social media, job boards, networking events, and innovative sourcing tools to attract top talent.

Relationship Building:

Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align on recruitment strategies.

Marketing and Branding:

Promote the company's employer brand through creative outreach, marketing campaigns, and social media engagement.

Create inclusive job postings that appeal to diverse talent pools.

Organization and Coordination:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and coordinating offers.

Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Work closely with HR, leadership, and other team members to meet hiring goals.

Participate in team brainstorming sessions to refine recruitment strategies.

Diversity and Inclusion:

Develop and implement strategies to attract candidates from underrepresented groups.

Ensure recruitment practices align with the company's commitment to diversity and equity.

Technology Utilization:

Leverage recruitment tools and analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Stay updated on new recruiting technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.

Tech-savvy, with experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools.

Creative and marketing-minded, with an understanding of employer branding.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Patience and resilience in navigating challenging recruitment cycles.

A passion for fostering an inclusive workplace and connecting with people from all backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in social media recruitment or digital marketing.

Familiarity with metrics-driven recruitment strategies.
