As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will design and execute strategic recruitment initiatives that align with the organization’s goals while fostering a positive and inclusive candidate experience. With a focus on employer branding, sourcing diverse talent pipelines, and enhancing recruiting processes, this role combines creativity and rigor to meet the growing needs of St. Joseph Center. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, helping them identify top talent while strengthening the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice. What You’ll Do Full-Cycle Recruitment

Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation. Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruiting strategies and align candidate profiles with organizational needs. Ensure a seamless and inclusive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process. Strategic Sourcing and Talent Pipelines

Develop and maintain diverse talent pipelines by leveraging creative sourcing techniques (e.g., networking, LinkedIn, social media, industry events, colleges/universities). Cultivate relationships with passive candidates and build long-term connections to anticipate future talent needs. Stay informed about market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence to guide sourcing strategies. Employer Branding

Enhance St. Joseph Center’s employer brand by crafting compelling job descriptions and recruitment materials. Promote the organization’s mission and values through targeted social media campaigns, partnerships, and external events. Develop and maintain the organization’s career site, ensuring it reflects the mission, values, and culture of St. Joseph Center (e.g., incorporate success stories, workplace highlights, and engaging content) to attract top talent. Process Improvement

Maximize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline workflows, track recruitment metrics, and improve efficiency. Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and refine strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Partner with the Senior Director, People + Culture, to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Partnership and Collaboration

Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on candidate selection, interview techniques, and DEI best practices. Actively participate in cross-functional projects within the People + Culture team to enhance organizational outcomes. Champion inclusive hiring practices that reflect the communities we serve. Experience You Bring Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience). 3+ years of recruitment experience, including full-cycle recruitment and employer branding. Demonstrated expertise in building diverse talent pipelines and sourcing passive candidates. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms for recruiting. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt to different audiences. Strong project management and organizational skills. Knowledge of employment laws and inclusive hiring practices. Additional Information Benefits:

$70,000 At St. Joseph Center, pay ranges are set using the best available market data for the job at the required location. To determine salary for a candidate, we consider the candidate's skills and capabilities for the job compared with expectations for the position.
