Job Details
Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align hiring strategies with business goals. Utilize LinkedIn as the primary sourcing tool to identify, connect, and engage with qualified candidates. Implement creative sourcing strategies to uncover passive candidates and build talent pipelines for critical roles. Leverage existing networks and industry connections to attract top talent. Analyze current recruiting processes and recommend improvements to streamline and enhance efficiency. Provide insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability in the packaging and distribution sectors. Effectively use the ATS to manage candidate data, track recruitment metrics, and ensure compliance with hiring regulations. Collaborate with leadership to optimize the ATS and identify additional tools that could enhance the recruiting process. Partner with marketing to promote our company as an employer of choice on LinkedIn and other platforms. Enhance job postings and career page content to reflect company culture and values.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or packaging industries. Proven ability to source and hire talent using LinkedIn and ATS systems with minimal additional tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
