Job Summary:

The Recruiter attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for open positions through recruiting websites, applicant tracking systems, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, outreach recruiting, and other sourcing methods. 
 Extends offers and negotiates compensation. Contacts will be responsible for seeking out qualified candidates, confirming their qualifications and placing them in open roles within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Works with department managers to determine hiring needs.
  • Recruitment for all locations. Including screening resumes/applications.
  • Develop and update job descriptions.
  • Extends offers and negotiated compensation.
  • Initiates onboarding plan for new hires.
  • Ensures open positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
  • Must be able to learn other human resource software systems, operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, and copier.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
  • Must have strong people skills.
Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma required.
  • At least three years of related experience required.
  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience preferred.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Frequent use of a telephone and computer to communicate with customers.
  • Occasional lifting of office supplies, files, and equipment up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to move freely around the office to access files, office equipment, and interact with team members.
  • Regularly required to talk or hear, and occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
