Job Summary:
Extends offers and negotiates compensation. Contacts will be responsible for seeking out qualified candidates, confirming their qualifications and placing them in open roles within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works with department managers to determine hiring needs.
- Recruitment for all locations. Including screening resumes/applications.
- Develop and update job descriptions.
- Extends offers and negotiated compensation.
- Initiates onboarding plan for new hires.
- Ensures open positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
- Must be able to learn other human resource software systems, operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, and copier.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
- Must have strong people skills.
- High school diploma required.
- At least three years of related experience required.
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience preferred.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Frequent use of a telephone and computer to communicate with customers.
- Occasional lifting of office supplies, files, and equipment up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to move freely around the office to access files, office equipment, and interact with team members.
- Regularly required to talk or hear, and occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
