A Corporate Recruiter job is available in the Triad Area courtesy of LHH Recruitment Solutions! The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition in a corporate setting, and be a true team player.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Mentor and support the current recruiter, integrating recruiting efforts with the broader HR team.
- Lead and participate in various recruiting events such as apprenticeship programs, open houses, and job fairs.
- Manage recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions, ensuring adherence to approval processes.
- Conduct full life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, retention, promotion, and succession planning.
- Build relationships with candidates and external organizations to attract diverse talent.
- Implement and manage talent acquisition strategies and processes.
- Analyze workforce needs and implement staffing plans.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job profiles and strategies.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas for improvement.
- At least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
- Understanding of selection methods and techniques.
- Proficient in social media, job boards, and other hiring resources.
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and other databases.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well-organized and a strategic thinker.
- BS/BA in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
