Description:

CTG is seeking to fill a Recruiter opening for our client in Pittsburgh, PA.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (hybrid remote)

Duration: 6 months

Pay Rate: $35.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Duties:

  • The Contract Recruiter/Sourcer will assist the Talent Acquisition team in managing all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Assist with managing the recruiting process for openings at various levels.
  • Conduct behavioral, competency and skill-based phone interviews to pre-qualify applicants for assigned requisitions.
  • Assist recruiters with staying current on the dispositioning of applicants in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Lead, develop and execute sourcing searches/strategies for active and future requisitions.
  • Participate in Intake calls with recruiter and hiring manager
  • Proactively develop robust candidate pipelines across a diverse range of business areas, leveraging technology to discover leads, referrals, and other potential prospects. Utilize social media sourcing and branding tools to support talent attraction.
  • Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographics as appropriate to enable Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and executive leadership team to be best informed on market conditions.
  • Assist with HR/Recruiting projects and process improvements.
  • Manage outreach to varying types of schools for the building of pipelines for manufacturing and other functional areas outside of engineering, including Technical Colleges. Involved in industry associations and symposiums to further build relationships with potential talent; attend career fairs and other company and/or industry events.
  • Support University Relations initiatives.

Experience:

  • Preferred: experience recruiting for hourly manufacturing roles.

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree required.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
