The primary objective of the role is to provide full-cycle recruiting, source qualified candidates, collaborate with team and managers to meet the talent needs of the organization.
Responsibilities
•Support organizational recruiting efforts
•Thoroughly understand the organization, its departments, and subsequent needs
•Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone and in person), administer appropriate assessments, submit reference/background checks and drug tests, make recommendations for hire (or not hire) and extend employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt positions
•Participate in all aspects of the recruiting cycle, from sourcing to new hire orientation
•Coordinate pre-employment testing and reference checks
•Post and maintain all job postings
•Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as career fairs, on-line job fairs, community network events, etc.
•Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state/local laws
•Knowledgeable of the company's organizational structure
•Ability to handle the high volume of this role
Requirements
•Strong internship experience or 1 year of experience
•Degree in relevant field required
Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000
Work Environment: 100% on-site in Brecksville, Ohio
