- Manage the full recruitment cycle: from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their department needs.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish to assess candidates' qualifications.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain an accurate database of candidates and track recruiting metrics.
- Assemble and participate in job fairs.
- Attend networking events to promote the company and attract high-quality candidates.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
