You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent while maintaining a world class candidate experience. You will work directly with our business line leaders to help scale their teams. Your role will be pivotal in our multi-year journey to build and grow America's largest and most technologically advanced behavioral health company.

CompensationThe estimated salary range for this role is $150,000 - $170,000. Total compensation for this position may also include stock options. Note that total compensation will be determined based on each individual's relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline across various roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for both skill and cultural alignment.
- Leverage data and metrics to continually improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Create a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Prepare and present recruitment insights and reports to key stakeholders, including the executive team.
- Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruiting efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare, AI, or tech industry. 1-2 years experience in an early-stage startup environment is required.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing passive talent and filling a variety of roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition metrics and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strategic thinker with a passion for innovative recruiting solutions.
- Ability to work 5 days a week in our NYC-office with a fully in-person team.
