The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life-cycle (50% Sales / 50% recruiting) of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients in the marketing, creative and communication space.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Cold calling! Lots of it!

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, cold calling, cold emailing, and interpersonal skills
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
