Summary/Objective
The Divisional Recruiter is responsible for working with the applicable Branch Manager within the target state(s) to strategically manage corporate growth for production channels. This position also works with the Branch Relationship Manager and corporate management team to maximize workflow efficiencies between the corporate operations and branch employees.

Qualifications
Required Education/Experience
Requires a college degree with at least 5 years of mortgage banking experience.
Preferred Education/Experience

Additional Qualifications for Eligibility
Must have the ability to utilize the best communication methods for given situations and messages, a working knowledge of industry related trade associations, a successful background in business planning and budgeting, and a working knowledge of industry specific software.

- Solicits and interviews candidates who meet the InterLinc standards for hire.
- Retail A and B (producing & non-producing):
- Assists with the facilitation of branch growth by working in conjunction with Branch Relationship Manager & Senior Vice President.
- Adheres to and ensures appropriate documentation of R&S policies and procedures regarding:
- Hiring & transition process and procedure.
- Budgeting and forecasting abilities.
- Maintains a Minimum Annualized Branch production; $30MM or 160 units.
