Retail Operations Manager

Location: Plano, TX
Schedule: Mon to Thu onsite / Fri remote
Rate: $25.00 - $29.00/hr

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree
2. 3-6 years of retail experience (vs Supply Chain/Logistics)
3. Project management skills
4. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
5. Experience in executing change management initiatives
6. Demonstrated experience working with third-party accounts and corporate operations teams
7. Ability to work cross-functionally and lead project work within a large dynamic team
8. Adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment
9. Outstanding written and communication skills
10. Ability to drive and improve business processes
11. Willingness to travel approximately 10-20% of the time

Description:

Our mission in Retail Operations is to provide retail field teams with the tools and resources necessary to engage with retail sales associates across all supported mobile product channels. As a Retail Operations Program Manager, you will manage multiple field programs, providing a roadmap of activities, performance analysis, and serving as the point of contact for corporate support teams. You will collaborate with various teams to gather insights and execute initiatives that align with broader company goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage 3PL vendor relationships, including meetings, forecasting, and performance analysis
2. Oversee field sales initiatives from strategy to execution
3. Manage marketing field programs from creative through printing
4. Support the field mapping process for systematic coverage
5. Provide executive-level weekly updates on programs
6. Develop Standard Operating Procedures for all field programs
