Job Description
A global financial services company is seeking a Recruiter for their office in Heathrow, FL on a long-term temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop long and short-term, cost-effective recruitment strategies working in partnership with Hiring Managers, Human Resource Business Partners, and the High-Volume Screener.
• Provide an outstanding customer/candidate experience focusing on the five Keys to a Great Customer Experience.
• Brand yourself in the talent marketplace as the contact for in the fields that you support.
• Demonstrate understanding of the line of business and staffing needs to proactively offer solutions, consult with managers on hiring process, candidate pool and offers.
• Review HireVue interviews and/or phone screen qualified candidates provided by the screeners to build diverse slates for Hiring Managers to select and fill open requirements.
• Provide regular progress updates to Hiring Managers throughout the process, drive recruitment process and ensure candidate decisions are made in a timely manner.
• Partner with Human Resources Business Partner and Compensation to create offers based on current labor market, extend and negotiate employment offers with candidates by selling both the firm and the position.
• Monitor candidate flow through the pre-employment process and provide updates to the Hiring Manager and candidates in a timely manner.
• Execute on deadline driven hiring and collaborate with Recruiting Manager to refine recruiting strategies as necessary to support the need.
• Utilize complete functionality of Oracle and maintain data integrity ensuring proper documentation of selection process and compliance within the recruiting process.
• Utilize various techniques including referral-based calling, professional networking, social media and broadcast emails to develop diverse slate of candidates.
• Identify and source for diversity through working with external and internal resources.
• Provide a stable and resilient operations environment by ensuring solid focus around risks and controls.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum three years of full life-cycle recruiting experience and/or agency recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting and supporting multiple lines of business.
• Must be able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities
• Strong customer service and consultative skill with an emphasis on creating a positive experience.
• Must be detail oriented and familiar with recruiting compliance requirements to minimize risk to the organization
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Significant knowledge sourcing and maintaining relationships with diverse candidate pool
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities and initiatives
• Must be innovative, creative and results oriented with strong organization and follow through skills.
• Comprehensive experience with MS Office
• Experience with Taleo or other complex applicant tracking system
• Experience in financial services, consulting or consumer driven industries, specifically payments industry, are strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
