As we continue to grow, we are seeking to hire a Senior Recruiter to provide leadership and operational oversight for recruiting activities while ensuring alignment with company goals and hiring objectives. This role is responsible for developing and implementing a full life-cycle recruitment process.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Source active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions or recurring and high-need roles to reduce time-to-fill and improve operational readiness.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Streamline recruitment processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Build, implement and promote recruitment programs that foster workplace diversity
- Evaluate applications to shortlist qualified candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements and organizational values
- Oversee the application review process, ensuring prompt and thorough evaluation to identify highly qualified candidates.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and align with organizational policies.
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience for all new hires.
- Lead the offer process, including recommending competitive salary packages, incentives, and benefits in collaboration with HR and leadership teams.
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to track metrics, optimize workflows, and improve decision-making.
- Lead or contribute to special projects related to talent acquisition, employer branding, or organizational growth.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with international experience preferred.
- Strong LinkedIn recruiting experience required.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Superior knowledge of and experience in customer service and human relations skills.
- Must be able to adapt to changing situations.
- Must be an excellent problem-solver.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic software and medical terminology preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
