What you will do:
Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the positions to be filled.
Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates and maintain relationships to facilitate future talent acquisition.
Utilize innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates and tap into hidden talent pools.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor insights to advise hiring managers effectively.
Build and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
What you will need to have:
2+ years experience in full life cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment and/or with Professional Staffing/Agency experience.
2+ years experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Workday highly preferred).
Experience using tools to attract passive talent (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc).
Experience filling exempt/professional corporate roles (examples: client service, project management, implementations/conversions).
