This role is crucial in supporting our HR Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence by managing the recruitment process and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate recruitment and be able to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Corporate Recruiter Job Details
- Act as a Talent Advisor, providing insights and guidance on talent decisions.
- Manage the recruitment process, including planning, assessing, and supplying candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future needs.
- Deliver a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates, aligning with TD's customer experience model.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of HR policies and recruitment programs.
- Collaborate with HR partners, Talent Acquisition teams, and business units.
- Provide market insights and support Talent Acquisition programs.
- Report on recruitment activities and outcomes, contributing to strategy alignment.
- Coordinate advertising and brand activities to attract talent using various tools and platforms.
- Participate in and organize recruitment events as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to internal and industry regulations.
- Conduct research projects and data analysis to assess recruitment program effectiveness.
Corporate Recruiter Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of corporate recruitment experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting.
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Recruiter.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
Corporate Recruiter Desired Skills
- Experience in consultation and providing strategic recruitment advice.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn recruiter tools.
- Techno-functional recruiting experience.
- Experience in the financial/banking industry.
- AML experience is advantageous.
