Role: US IT Recruiter

Work Location: Tampa Florida (Can work remotely but must be based in or near Tampa Bay, Florida)
Note: Full Time role. Must be authorised and willing to work on W2. Can't do C2C Corp to Corp or 1099.

Responsibilities:
• Source, identify, and recruit top talent in the Financial Services industry for various technical IT positions.
• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure their qualifications match the job requirements.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through various sourcing methods like job boards and other unconventional methods.
• Collaborate with Delivery managers to understand job specifications and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to negotiation and client submissions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics related to the Financial Services (Capital Markets/Wealth Management) domain.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an IT recruiter, preferably within the Financial Services (Capital Markets/Wealth Management) sector.
• Strong understanding and have proven success in the industry-specific job roles (Java, .NET, RPA, ODI, DB Developer, Workday HCM, Infrastructure roles (AD, Exchange, Network and Information Security, CyberArk), and Functional roles (PM, BA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Bachelor's degree Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
