Job Description

As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in helping build and scale Fanatics Collectibles, during a time of high growth. You will be focused on bringing top talent to the Fanatics Collectibles Operations & Manufacturing teams, specifically within the Dallas market. You will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting and proactively developing talent strategies that will help drive the business to meet its goals while being the subject matter expert on Fanatics Collectibles recruiting process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategy for Operations & Manufacturing roles, aligning with Fanatics Collectibles' business objectives and growth plans.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online channels, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract high-caliber candidates. Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to pre-boarding, fostering strong relationships and representing Fanatics Collectibles as an employer of choice.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and priorities. Provide guidance and support on recruitment best practices, market insights, and candidate assessment.
  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future operational roles, anticipating hiring demands and market trends.
  • Maintain high data integrity with recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with executive leadership to help facilitate on-sight interviews within the Dallas office.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on operations roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for a variety of operational positions, including warehouse, distribution, logistics, and fulfillment roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and employment branding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Oracle Recruitment Cloud, LinkedIn recruiter and other recruitment tools/software.
