Duties:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to identify potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Experience:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
