Job Summary:
Evenflow Solutions LLC is seeking a highly motivated healthcare staffing recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting healthcare professionals for both clinical and non-clinical roles. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive the right talent to meet their operational needs while maintaining excellent patient care standards.
Key Responsibilities:-

Recruitment & Sourcing:

• Actively source and recruit candidates for a variety of healthcare positions related to revenue cycle staffing, such as Patient Access, Patient Administration, Charge Management, and Patient Financial Services.
• Build and maintain a talent pool to meet ongoing and future client staffing needs.
• Utilize various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.

Candidate Screening & Interviews:

• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for healthcare revenue cycle roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their staffing needs.
• Provide guidance to candidates regarding the hiring process, expectations, and compensation.

Compliance & Onboarding:

• Ensure that candidates meet all compliance requirements, including background checks, credential verification, and other relevant documentation.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure timely placements.

Market Research & Strategy:

• Stay informed about trends in the healthcare staffing industry to better address client needs and improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:
Education:

• A bachelor's degree in human resources, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

• Previous experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing, with a focus on non-clinical healthcare roles such as healthcare revenue cycle staffing.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and related compliance requirements is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
