Key Responsibilities:-
Recruitment & Sourcing:
- Actively source and recruit candidates for a variety of healthcare positions related to revenue cycle staffing, such as Patient Access, Patient Administration, Charge Management, and Patient Financial Services.
- Build and maintain a talent pool to meet ongoing and future client staffing needs.
- Utilize various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for healthcare revenue cycle roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Provide guidance to candidates regarding the hiring process, expectations, and compensation.
- Ensure that candidates meet all compliance requirements, including background checks, credential verification, and other relevant documentation.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure timely placements.
- Stay informed about trends in the healthcare staffing industry to better address client needs and improve recruitment strategies.
Education:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing, with a focus on non-clinical healthcare roles such as healthcare revenue cycle staffing.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and related compliance requirements is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
