About the role:
CloudZero is looking to hire our second Talent Partner. You will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Talent Acquisition (TA) function and play a pivotal role in our continued rapid growth. This is a chance to innovate, bring fresh ideas, and make an immense impact across the business as an early member of the People and Culture (P&C) team. You will partner with hiring managers across all departments to help us identify great and diverse talent, and also work within the greater P&C team to help drive our award-winning company culture (Boston Business Journal winner). CloudZero’s headcount has tripled over the last two years, and we are only getting started. Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to pre-boarding for engineering, product, and GTM roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Candidate Experience: Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a professional, engaging process at every stage.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand role requirements, team needs, and organizational goals.
- Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, top-tier talent from various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Employer Branding: Partner with departments to enhance CloudZero's employer brand, showcasing our culture, values, and mission.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use recruiting metrics to refine processes, provide insights to stakeholders, and ensure we consistently meet hiring goals efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of TA industry trends and best practices to innovate and optimize our recruiting strategies.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of well-rounded, full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success across engineering, product, and GTM roles.
- Proven ability to source, attract, and quickly close top talent.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels within an organization.
- Comfort in working within a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for helping teams achieve their goals.
- Knowledge of Cloud/SaaS Industry: Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS, or technical recruiting is a plus.
- Ability to come into our downtown Boston office at least two days per week.
