We are offering a contract for a dedicated HR Coordinator role in East Canton, Ohio. As the HR Coordinator, you will be a vital part of our team, managing various HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and the management of employee records. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all HR activities are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness
• Facilitate onboarding for new and returning field staff
• Maintain and update personnel files for field crew members
• Initiate background checks and drug screens as per site-specific requirements
• Assist field crew personnel with our HRIS system
• Update and maintain templates for New Employee packets and Field performance reviews
• Ensure all HR-related processes are completed accurately in the HRIS system
• Handle the resolution of HR-related inquiries and issues
• Conduct performance reviews for field staff
• Provide support in HR-related communication activities.• Experience with Background Checks is required
• Knowledge and understanding of Benefit Functions is necessary
• Excellent Communication skills are a must
• Experience with integrating new employees is essential
• Proficiency in Personnel File Maintenance is required
• Familiarity with conducting Drug Screens is necessary
• Proficiency in HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems is a must
• Experience in conducting orientations for new team members is required
• Ability to handle Performance Reviews is necessary
