As an HR Recruiter, you will be pivotal in managing the recruitment process, from posting jobs to conducting background checks. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Initiate job postings and manage the applicant tracking system
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens
• Utilize CRM and ATS for efficient candidate management
• Extend job offers and draft offer letters
• Conduct background checks and drug screens to ensure compliance
• Facilitate communication between candidates and internal teams
• Handle corporate recruiting to meet organizational staffing needs
• Ensure a seamless recruitment process by maintaining accurate candidate records.• Proficiency in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Familiarity with Careerbuilder
• Demonstrable skills in CRM
• Experience with Applicant Track System
• Ability to conduct Background Checks
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency in conducting Drug Screens
• Experience in Corporate Recruiting
• Skills in Resume Screening
• Ability to Review Resumes accurately
• Experience in Conducting Phone Screens
• Expertise in Extending Offers to candidates
• Ability to draft Offer Letters
• Experience in creating Job Postings
• Skills in Posting Jobs on various platforms
