Job Description
We are in search of a diligent HR Generalist to become a part of our clients team in Cleveland, Ohio. In this vital role, you will be tasked with carrying out a variety of HR-related tasks, including employee relations, implementing HR programs and policies, and managing performance. You will also be responsible for full cycle payroll processing for our team members.
Responsibilities:
• Handling recruitment activities for hourly employees
• Managing and resolving employee relations issues
• Implementing and maintaining HR programs and policies
• Overseeing performance management processes
• Executing full cycle payroll processes
• Managing garnishments, taxes, and deductions for payroll
• Supporting the HR Manager with daily tasks
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Utilizing strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members
• Performing benefit functions to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
• Proficiency in managing Payroll, Benefit Functions, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
• Strong Communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Solid understanding of Compliance, with the ability to ensure all HR policies and procedures adhere to local, state, and federal laws.
• Experience in handling Employee Relations, skilled at resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
• Knowledge of Full Cycle Payroll, including processing, managing, and reconciling payroll transactions.
