Our client is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support their team and contribute to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Assist in the implementation of performance review processes.
- Support managers in addressing performance issues and employee development.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
- Assist in onboarding and continuous training of employees.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics.
- Assist with company events and employee morale efforts.
- Conduct audits and maintain reporting (monthly and quarterly).
- Promote employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SharePoint & Smartsheet is recommended.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and labor laws is an advantage.
- Behavioral interviewing experience is preferred.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of benefits and payroll processes is preferred.
