Job Description
Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the Buckhead area that is looking to add an HR Specialist to their team. The HR Specialist will hold a pivotal role in their organization, focusing on payroll, benefits, and HRIS maintenance. This role also involves the onboarding and offboarding of employees and fostering employee engagement.
Responsibilities
• Processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis
• Administering benefits for all employees
• Coordinating and managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Maintaining HRIS systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information
• Engaging in activities to foster employee engagement
• Collaborating with the HR Director to support the needs of their 250+ employees
• Utilizing Paycom for various HR functions
• Proven experience in Bi-Monthly Payroll, demonstrating strong understanding and application in a detail-oriented setting.• Solid knowledge of Benefits Administration with the capability to manage and implement various employee benefits programs.
• Proficiency in Onboarding, demonstrating the ability to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
• Demonstrated experience in Employee Engagement, with skills in cultivating a positive and engaging work environment.
• Familiarity with Paycom or similar HR software, highlighting the ability to effectively manage HR processes and employee databases.
