We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented HR Front Desk Assistant .This role combines front desk administrative duties with human resources support, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service to employees and visitors. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a variety of tasks, from managing mail and phone calls to assisting with HR-related documentation and processes.


Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages.

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

  • Assist the HR department with filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records.

  • Help coordinate HR processes such as onboarding, orientation, and employee communications.

  • Schedule appointments and meetings for HR staff.

  • Assist with distributing company announcements and HR-related documents.

  • Support general office tasks as needed to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.


Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in an administrative, front desk, or HR support role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Professional demeanor and a customer service-oriented attitude.


Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with HR software or systems is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and terminology.



Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
