As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing the company's workforce quality, improving employee retention, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities:
• Oversee and streamline the hiring process to ensure the recruitment of high-quality candidates
• Develop and implement effective onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Conduct regular analysis of market and compensation trends to ensure competitive employee packages
• Manage a team within the HR Department, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
• Drive employee relations initiatives to minimize turnover and improve retention
• Ensure the company's adherence to California laws and regulations
• Leverage key software such as ADP for efficient HR management
• Oversee disciplinary actions, ensuring they are carried out in a fair and transparent manner
• Contribute to succession planning strategies to ensure organizational continuity
• Manage benefit functions to ensure employee satisfaction and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.• Proven experience in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry.
• Solid understanding of ADP - Financial Services.
• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now.
• Demonstrated expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions within the HR department.
• Strong understanding of Compliance procedures and laws applicable to the healthcare industry.
• Proven ability to manage Employee Relations effectively.
• Experience in developing and implementing efficient Hiring Processes.
