The Global Business Solutions Group (“GBSG”) is Intuit’s largest business unit with ~$10B in revenue, serving ~8M customers. We are powering prosperity for millions of customers worldwide with the QuickBooks and Mailchimp ecosystems of accounting, payments, payroll, customer engagement and marketing automation, lending, e-commerce, and time tracking solutions. This role will partner with multiple senior leaders and their teams within the GBSG Go-To-Market organization. The leaders of these organizations are part of the GBSG Go-To-Market senior leadership team and report to the GBSG Chief Revenue Officer.

Responsibilities
  • Executive Coach: Thought partner and coach senior leaders and their teams to grow leadership capabilities at all levels.
  • High-Performing Team Builder: Create high-performing senior leadership teams and as a result, highly engaged, high-performing organizations in service to delivering on the GBSG vision and strategy.
  • Business Expert: Leverage deep understanding of the business strategy to provide insight and leadership into organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and talent development.
  • Talent Steward: Partnering with senior leaders and talent acquisition to identify, develop and hire the right senior level talent to support the business strategy and evolve the culture. Build capability for others to become talent stewards to attract, hire and retain top talent.
  • Culture Steward: Leading the organizations to raise the bar on the culture of belonging and engagement moving toward an Intuit standard.
  • Transformer: Leverage the transformation that People and Places is driving to be the face and driver of Intuit-wide programs to build an environment where employees can do the best work of their lives. Partnering closely with the People & Places centers of excellence to deliver on career growth, mobility, executive development, manager training, and total rewards.
  • Develop Org Health: Deliver talent strategies, programs, and operating mechanisms (performance, employee surveys, High Performing Org, and Talent Reviews). Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in support of Intuit’s strategy and goals in service to a culture of innovation, creativity, and belonging.
  • Data Led: Partner with the senior leadership teams to drive analysis, insights, and improvement in key people metrics, including Employee Engagement, Internal Mobility and Top Talent Retention.
  • 10+ years’ experience in senior HR leadership roles partnering with senior executives.
  • Extensive experience partnering with executive leaders in a business line or function playing a key role in accelerating business results.
  • Strong business and technology acumen—able to quickly learn the business and make talent and org decisions that positively impact business outcomes.
  • Proven experience influencing and leading transformational change across the organization and building this capability in others.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead with data and insights to drive talent outcomes.
  • Experience building org and talent plans to identify and execute against current and future talent needs.
  • Broad HR knowledge in key domain areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, talent development, workforce planning.
  • Track record of a commitment to Diversity and Inclusion with strategies and outcomes to support that commitment.
